  1. What are the event dates, hours, and admission details?

    The Midwest Outdoor Show runs from June 19 - 21, 2026. The schedule will be posted shortly, and you can find admission information on the ticket page.

  2. Where do I park, and is there accessible parking available?

    On-site parking is available in designated lots around the venue, with clear signage and staff to help direct traffic. Accessible parking spaces are located closest to the main entrances and are available on a first-come, first-served basis with a valid permit.

  3. Can I bring my kids, and do they need a ticket?

    Yes, families are welcomed and encouraged to attend the Midwest Outdoor Show. Children ages 4 and under are free of charge to attend the show. Anybody over the age of 4 years old must have a $10 ticket.

  4. What should I bring with me to the show?

    We recommend comfortable walking shoes, water, and a small bag. You may also want business cards or contact info if you plan to speak with exhibitors about services, trips, or gear.

  5. Are food, drinks, and pets allowed at the event?

    Food and beverages will be available for purchase from on-site concessions and vendors. Only service animals, as defined by applicable law, are permitted inside the event space; personal pets are not allowed on the show floor.
